„Frühs wurden die Gäste verabschiedet, die das Schiff verlassen haben. Im Anschluss wurde bei der Gepäcksuche geholfen und bei den Aufbauarbeiten für den Check-In der neuen Passagiere unterstützt. Die Hauptaufgabe bestand darin, die Impfzertifikate, den Nachweis eines negativen Corona-Schnelltests sowie die Gesundheitsfragebögen der ankommenden neuen Gäste zu überprüfen. “

„Ich habe im Cruise Terminal beim Passagierwechsel geholfen. Meine Aufgaben bestanden darin, die absteigenden Gäste zu verabschieden und ihnen mit ihren Koffern zu helfen. Ebenso wie die aufsteigenden Gäste zu begrüßen und mit ihnen einen Gesundheitscheck durchzuführen. “

„Ich war der erste Kontakt für die Aida Prime Passagiere am Hamburger Hauptbahnhof und habe sie freundlich begrüßt. Anhand der Kabinennummer habe ich die Passagiere in unserer Passagierliste gefunden und habe den weiteren Verlauf des Check erklärt. Dazu habe ich den Fußweg vom HBF zum ZOB beschreiben und das Gepäck verladen.“
