Im Jahre 2013 wurde das Weingut Johannes B. gegründet. Die Herausforderung jeder Rebsorte den optimalen Standort zu gewähren, den sie für Wachstum und gesundes Lesegut benötigt, hat sich Johannes Bauerle zur Aufgabe gemacht. Durch gezielte Regulierung des Ertrages können die Trauben voll ausreifen.Die Primäraromatick und das Terroir jeder einzelnen Rebsorte und Lage steht im Vordergrund und wird durch eine gezügelte Gärung und der nötigen Reife im Edelstahltank oder Holzfass gewahrt.

„Das Team war insgesamt sehr freundlich und ich habe im Bereich Gastronomie auf jeden Fall meine Kenntnisse auffrischen und erweitern können. Mit meinen Kolleg*innen war ich für den Ausschank zuständig, was neben dem Ausschenken der Getränke selbst auch das Auffüllen der Getränke und das Sauber-Halten des Arbeitsplatzes betraf, sowie alle Gläser am Ende des Arbeitstages zu spülen und alles sauberzumachen. Mir hat die Arbeit insgesamt viel Spaß gemacht und ich würde jederzeit wieder gerne für den Kunden arbeiten!“
