„Im Weinhaus Henninger durfte ich meine erste intensivere Gastronomie Erfahrung machen. Für fünf Abende am Stück arbeitete ich vor allem als "Foodrunner", d.h. ich brachte das Essen vom Pass der Küche zu den Gästen. Dazu gehörte natürlich auch benutztes Geschirr wieder abzuräumen, kleinere Anliegen der Gäste zu erfüllen oder Problemen z. B. im Falle von Fehlern bei der Bestellung schnellstmöglich nachzukommen. Außerdem gehörten natürlich jeden Abend Vor- und Nachbereitung zum Job also unter anderem Gedecke, Eis, Brot und Quark vorbereiten bzw. Servietten falten, Geschirr abräumen und sortieren, Getränke auffüllen, Theke putzen und Frühstück vorbereiten. “
