„Im Wiedemann's Weinhotel arbeite ich nun schon seit mehreren Wochen. Am Nachmittag decken wir das Abendmenü ein und bedienen die Vesper-Gäste. Ab 18 Uhr servieren wir in zwei Schichten das Menü und die Getränke für die Hotelgäste und bereiten anschließend die Tische für das Frühstück vor. Ein manchmal anspruchsvoller, aber sehr abwechslungsreicher, interessanter Job mit einem wundervollen Team, mit dem es jedes Mal großen Spaß macht, zusammen zu arbeiten.“
