The ISM as the worldwide biggest fair for sweets and snacks presents the whole with about 1.600 exhibitors from 65 countries.
The segments include cocoa, chocolates, pastries, bread sticks, confectioneries, savory snacks, fruit and vegetable snacks, breakfast, ice cream, frozen sweets, associations and publishing houses.
The fair is supported by the following events: the ISM Expert Stage, Innova Market Insights, the special section "Sweet Traditions", the New Product Showcase, the Cologne Coffee Forum, the ISM Award.
