The ProSweets Cologne is the only trade fair of its kind worldwide and includes sub-sections such as food safety, disposal/recycling or cooling and air conditioning technologies. About 336 suppliers from 34 countries present their latest solutions and further developments to more than 17,600 trade visitors from around 100 countries.

There will be a diverse supporting programme:
The "Speakers' Corner" addresses important topics from the areas of production, processing and packaging. At the Futurelab international students are working on packaging concepts for sweets and snacks. The exhibition area Power Nuts & Cereals is about the trend of natural ingredients and healthy snacks. In addition to that there will be a newcomer area.
