re:publica is Europe's leading conference on the topics Internet and digital society. The re:publica took place in Berlin for the first time in 2006 and has since followed a one-year rhythm. At the conference bloggers, politicians and scientists meet entrepreneurs, artists and activists. The diversity of the participants reflects the reach of the areas addressed at re:publika.

More than 25,000 visitors travelled to Berlin for re:publica 2019. In 2020, once again, many topics will be adressed. From general questions, for example, on sustainable, digital infrastructures as human rights, the questioning of the slowness of processes in relation to resource efficiency and renewable alternative energies to the search for dialogue on topics of global climate change, migration policy, nationalism and racism.
