"Bau! Messe! NRW!" is the new trade fair for house construction and renovation. Together with the TasteFest, which takes place at the same time, it emerged from DORTMUNDER HERBST and now forms a complementary trade fair duo. At the "Bau! Messe! NRW!", everything revolves around building, planning, financing, renovation, interior fittings, security, smart home, decorating and furnishing.

"Bau! Messe! NRW!" 2020 is the first trade fair in the event series. Around 25,000 visitors and 220 exhibitors are expected. On an exhibition area of 9,800 m², participants can find out about the latest trends, products, services and innovations in the industry. In addition, the theme garden, together with the subtopics balcony and terrace, will be a special aspect in the form of a separate theme module. The theme areas of the fair are:
