LOGISTICS & DISTRIBUTION 2020 in Dortmund

LOGISTICS & DISTRIBUTION is the new regional trade fair for everything to do with intralogistics. With its first event in 2019, the trade fair is still quite young and brings a breath of fresh air and new ideas and concepts to the trade fair landscape. With its main themes of intralogistics and material flow, it is optimally positioned at the advantageous location of Dortmund in the economically strong region of North Rhine-Westphalia. Every year it displays the entire value-added chain of the industry. As a valuable business platform for trade visitors and exhibitors, it is also the perfect place to make valuable contacts and cultivate established business relationships.

The LOGISTICS & DISTRIBUTION 2019 took place together with EMPACK 2019 as a trade fair duo. Together they attracted 2,800 trade visitors who were inspired  by the products and innovations of more than 150 exhibitors. The exhibitors included market-leading companies as well as innovative start-ups. The exhibition areas in 2019 were:

• Intralogistic and material flow (warehouse solutions, materials handling, picking and sorting systems, material handling equipment, ramps, gates and loading systems, IT infrastructure and software)
• Distribution (warehouse and logistics services, parcel services, order tracking and tour management)
• E-Logistics (supply chain solutions, communication and Identification technology, big data, IoT, ecommerce Software)
• Packaging technology

In addition to the trade fair, LOGISTICS & DISTRIBUTION 2019 also featured a full supporting programme: More than 40 presentations on product highlights and innovations by experts, guided tours of the trade fair on cutting-edge topics in the industry and two open stages ensured a completely satisfactory trade fair experience.
