As the largest and most important international trade fair for home and contract textiles, Heimtextil is held every year in January. The fair is an important meeting place for all players in the sector and, by opening the new business year for the industry, an indispensable barometer of mood and trends. Heimtextil took place for the first time in 1971 and can therefore look back on its very own tradition and expertise. Here, manufacturers, retailers and designers present their latest products and trends in the fields of interior design and interior textiles. From decorative and upholstery fabrics to bed, table and bathroom textiles, sun protection and wallpaper, everything can be found at the fair.
The Heimtextil 2020 was a special event for the 50th anniversary of the fair. 62,970 visitors came to the fair from 136 countries. On an 238,000 m² big exhibition space 2,918 exhibitors from 64 countries presented the newest trends, innovations and products.
