IFFA 2022 in Frankfurt

IFFA, the Leading International Trade Fair for the Meat Industry, is known worldwide as a platform for the meat industry. Its distinguishing feature is its focus on the most valuable of all foods: meat. The fair covers the entire value chain of meat industry processes: From slaughtering and processing to the packaging process and sales. As the industry's most important platform for innovation, it brings together players from all sectors. Whether industry, trade or craft - representatives from all sub-areas of industry come together at IFFA in Frankfurt am Main. The fair took place for the first time in 1949 and has meanwhile established a three-year cycle.

IFFA 2019 attracted a total of 67,000 visitors from 149 countries, who were thrilled by the products and innovations of over 1030 exhibitors from 49 countries on an exhibition area of 120,000 m². This year also marked the 70th anniversary of IFFA. The focus of the fair was on:

There will also be an extensive supporting programme at IFFA. Various forums, lectures, workshops, competitions and special shows leave nothing to be desired and round off the fair event.
