LWH 2022 in Stuttgart

The main agricultural festival, LWH for short, is southern Germany's largest trade fair for agriculture, forestry and the food industry. Since its founding in 1818, it has developed rapidly and was able to celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2018. Under the motto "Experience Agriculture!", the LWH in 2022 will present a wide range of services in agriculture on a total area of 130,000 m2. Spread over nine exhibition halls, visitors can find everything from high-performance agricultural machinery to modern cultivation, harvesting and storage techniques to innovative animal husbandry. The six animal tents with around 600 animals are particularly popular. In addition, there will be numerous culinary delicacies to sample in the Hall of Regions.

The supporting program of the LWH 2022 includes the following offers:

• Countrywomen's Day and Farmers' Day on 27.09.2022 (Anniversary: 75 years of LandFrauen Württemberg-Baden e.V.)
• Day of the rural youth on 01.10.2022
• Farmers' Day on 29.09.2022
• Daily technical and consumer program in hall 1
• Daily entertainment program in the Hall of Regions
• Daily demonstrations in the animal tent and riding stadium
• Daily machine demonstrations by DEULA in the machine demonstration area

Special highlights include the LWH Party with the Stuttgart band "VIP'S", the Modern Dairy Barn with milking and feeding robots, and numerous programs for children.

In 2018, the LWH celebrated its 100th anniversary. More than 600 exhibitors presented the entire spectrum of Baden-Württemberg agriculture to some 210,000 visitors. In addition to powerful agricultural machinery, visitors were able to discover modern cultivation, harvesting and storage technologies and innovative stables for cows and pigs.
