The construction fair will celebrate its premiere in the Metropole Ruhr in 2023. Craft and service companies from the regional construction industry will present a diverse range of products and services on the topics of construction, renovation, refurbishment and energy saving. Visitors will have the opportunity to get advice on their projects in a personal meeting with professional contacts and to take part in various trade fair activities.

The supporting program offers exciting live demonstrations as well as a free lecture program. Experts will present and discuss topics such as burglary protection, construction financing or the promotion of photovoltaic systems.

Due to the crisis situation, this year there will be a special focus on the topic of energy saving. For this purpose, the Energy Forum has been newly included in the trade fair program, in which the aspects of energy saving, use of regenerative energies and energy efficiency will be examined in greater detail.
