INTERGASTRA 2024 in Stuttgart

INTERGASTRA is the leading international trade fair for the hotel and catering industry. With an area of 115,000 m² in the entire 10 halls of Messe Stuttgart, it is the largest industry meeting place in Germany. Every two years, around 1,500 exhibitors give the almost 100,000 trade visitors a complete overview of all the innovations, technologies and trends from the catering and hotel industry. Visitors can not only view the products, but also taste them and obtain information about interesting services.

GELATISSIMO, the trade fair for artisan ice cream, and the IKA/Culinary Olympics will be held in parallel with INTERGASTRA 2023.

The last INTERGASTRA in March 2021 had to take place online due to pandemic. Innovative industry representatives, organizations and companies showed their latest products and advised interested parties live via the digital platform. More than 100 talks, keynotes by top speakers and numerous workshops rounded off the extraordinary online format. Special highlights were the keynotes by Pierre Nierhaus, Hanni Rützler and Jean Ploner, who discussed the challenges facing the industry and took a look into its future.
