Rainbow-Career-Day Frankfurt 2025

The Rainbow Career Day Frankfurt 2025 will take place on July 1, 2025 in the lecture hall center of the Westend campus of Goethe University Frankfurt. As the only queer career fair at a state university in Germany, it offers a platform for students, graduates, pupils and experienced professionals to get in touch with diverse and inclusive employers.

Main topics of the fair:

• Diversity-oriented employers: Over 60 exhibitors from various industries present themselves as queer-friendly companies.
• Career advice & application tips: Individual counseling sessions and information on applying and starting a career.
• Panels & talks: Discussions on topics such as “Queer(ing) Structures” and presentations from companies such as BNP Paribas and PROUT AT WORK.
• Networking in the visitor lounge: Opportunities to exchange ideas in a relaxed atmosphere with free drinks.
• Safer Space: A deliberately inclusive space that welcomes everyone who lives and appreciates diversity.

The event will be opened at 10:00 a.m. by the Hessian Minister of State for Labor, Integration, Youth and Social Affairs, Ms. Heike Hofmann. Afterwards, Dr. Harpreet Cholia, Head of the Anti-Discrimination Unit of the City of Frankfurt am Main, will speak.

Admission is free of charge. Pre-registration is not required, but interested parties can create a profile in advance and apply specifically to participating companies in order to receive personal invitations.
