Rainbow-Career-Day Wiesbaden 2027

The Rainbow Career Day Wiesbaden 2027 will take place on Friday, January 15, 2027 at the Kesselhaus Schlachthof Wiesbaden. As the first queer career fair in Wiesbaden, the event offers a platform for LGBTQIA+ people and all those who live and value diversity to get in touch with diversity-oriented employers.

Main topics of the fair:

• Diversity-oriented employers: Presentation of regional companies that see diversity as an essential part of their corporate culture.
• Career advice & application tips: Individual counseling sessions and workshops on job applications and career entry.
• Panels & talks: Discussions on topics such as “Queer(ing) Structures” and contributions from companies such as BNP Paribas and PROUT AT WORK.
• Networking in the visitor lounge: Opportunities to exchange ideas in a relaxed atmosphere with free drinks.
• Safe Space: A deliberately inclusive space that welcomes everyone who lives and appreciates diversity.
