SACHSENBACK 2026 in Dresden

SACHSENBACK 2026 is the leading trade fair for the baking and confectionery industry in central and eastern Germany and will take place from April 18 to 20, 2026, at the Dresden Exhibition Center. It serves as a central industry platform for businesses, decision-makers, suppliers, and trade visitors who want to find out about and discuss the latest products, technologies, and trends in the baking and confectionery industry.

The focus is on the following main topics:

• Technology, machinery, and equipment for production, operation, and sales in the baking and confectionery trade
• Raw materials, ingredients, and merchandise, including specialty ingredients and baking aids
• Business and shop fittings with concepts for presentation, POS solutions, and sales technology

The trade fair is aimed exclusively at trade visitors from the bakery and confectionery trade, the catering industry, and related sectors. At previous editions, over 200 exhibitors presented their offerings, including machine and plant manufacturers, raw material and ingredient suppliers, and service providers from the industry, and around 8,000 trade visitors were registered.
