GELATISSIMO 2026 in Stuttgart

GELATISSIMO 2026, the leading trade fair for artisan ice cream north of the Alps, will take place from February 7 to 11, 2026, at Messe Stuttgart, offering manufacturers, ice cream parlor operators, catering businesses, and trade visitors an exclusive platform for innovation, technology, and enjoyment in the ice cream sector.
