WellCon 2027 in Stuttgart

WellCon 2027 will make its debut from April 16 to 18, 2027, at the Messe Stuttgart exhibition grounds. The Health & Wellbeing Convention combines yoga, biohacking, and longevity and is aimed at health-conscious individuals as well as professionals from the healthcare, fitness, wellness, and therapy sectors. It is part of the Stuttgart Spring Trade Fairs.

The new event concept brings together YogaWorld, Biohacking Days, and a standalone Longevity Summit. The exhibition showcases products, services, and technologies related to well-being and preventive health care. Visitors can learn about different approaches, try out applications, and exchange ideas with experts from medicine, science, and practice.

Key topics include:

• Yoga, exercise, and body awareness
• Meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness
• Nutrition and metabolism
• Sleep, relaxation, and regeneration
• Biohacking, wearables, and health data
• Longevity, prevention, and diagnostics
• Mental health and stress management
• Wellness and personal care

Special offerings include hands-on sessions, interactive areas, and keynote talks. The Longevity Summit, which can be booked separately, delves deeper into issues related to healthy aging and brings together perspectives from research, prevention, medicine, and health technology. This specialized program complements the experiential exhibition.

The 2026 Stuttgart Spring Trade Fairs attracted a total of approximately 58,000 visitors and more than 1,000 exhibiting companies across ten events. These figures apply to the entire trade fair network.
