Event Helper – Dismantling Trade Fair Stand (Ambiente 2026)

We are a handicrafts manufacturing company from Bangladesh that participated in the Ambiente Trade Fair 2026. We need an energetic and organized helper to assist our team in dismantling our exhibition stand and preparing our products for warehouse storage. 

Your main tasks will include:

• Product Packaging: Carefully packing our handcrafted products into cardboard boxes.
• Stand Dismantling: Assisting in taking down spotlights, shelves, and fabric rods.
• IKEA Furniture: Dismantling IKEA tables, chairs, and wall shelves and repacking them securely.
• Pallet Organization: Arranging the packed boxes onto a standard pallet (120x80 cm) to ensure stability for transport. Our logistics provider will assist with the final wrapping.

Requirements:

• Language: Fluency in English is mandatory for communication with our team.
• Tools: You must bring basic hand tools (screwdriver set/cordless screwdriver) suitable for removing screws and dismantling furniture.
• Organization: Must be diligent in keeping all screws and small parts safely labeled/stored with their respective items for future re-installation.
• Supplies to Bring: Please bring adhesive packing tape and 25 packs of 10g Desiccant (Silica Gel) packets.
  -Note: Please keep the store receipt/bill for these items; we will reimburse you in cash on-site for the material costs.

Für eine Veranstaltung suchen wir engagierte Eventhelfer/innen (m/w/d). Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem: Unterstützung beim Auf- und Abbau der Veranstaltung, Umräumen und Platzieren der Eventausstattung, Betreuung und Unterstützung der Gäste vor Ort (Aussteller/-innen und Besucher/-innen), sowie allgemeine Tätigkeiten während des Events. Uns ist ein gepflegtes Äußeres wichtig, d.h. saubere Hose und Schuhe (Sneaker sind in Ordnung), ein Messeoberteil erhältst du von uns vor Ort.

Du schlüpfst in das Kostum eines lilanen Otters, siehe Foto und bist auf einer Berufsorientierungsmesse für Schüler unterwegs.

Wichtig, nicht größer als 1,80m sein und nachfolgende Infos gut durchlesen!

Wichtig zu Wissen
• Es wird sehr warm! Bitte Wechselkleidung (Socken, Unterwäsche, Sportsachen) mitnehmen (am besten 3 Sets, in den Pausen umziehen)
• Kurze Anziehsachen (kurze Sporthose & T-Shirt vollkommen ausreichend! – am besten Handtuch zusätzlich einpacken)
• Frisch geduscht, ohne Make-Up, ohne Parfume und Haargel zum Einsatz kommen
• Dieser Job ist nicht für dich wenn du… schnell Platzangst bekommst, nicht halbwegs fit bist oder schnell Kreislauf bekommst.

Messehost/ess (m/w/d)

Als Messehost/ess (m/w/d) repräsentieren Sie unser Unternehmen auf der Retro Stuttgart. Wir betreiben die größte Homepage im Oldtimerbereich mit einer Datenbank von über 500 Oldtimermuseen in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz, inklusive Routenplaner.

Ihre Aufgabe ist es, auf der Messe aktiv auf die rund 150 Stände der Oldtimerclubs zuzugehen, die Vorteile unserer Homepage zu erläutern und Informationsmaterial zu übergeben.

Für diese Tätigkeit ist die Beherrschung der deutschen Sprache erforderlich. Sie sollten zudem gut zu Fuß sein.

Wir wünschen uns ein angenehmes äußeres Erscheinungsbild, ein sportliches Outfit ist dabei völlig in Ordnung (Rock, Kleid oder Bluse sind nicht zwingend erforderlich).

We will not be exhibiting at the IWA OutdoorClassics 2026. Therefore, the role will focus on supporting SUMMA (us) by walking the fair and engaging with relevant industry brands, exhibitors, and potential partners within the hunting/outdoor segment. Key responsibilities include:

Walking through the fair to identify potential partners and relevant exhibitors in the hunting and outdoor segments.

Making initial contact with companies, offering a brief introduction to SUMMA, and gathering general feedback.

Gathering leads, observing market trends, and collecting relevant information to feed back into SUMMA's product development process.

This role does not involve sales activities, technical negotiations, or pricing discussions.

We are looking for a host/hostess (m/f/d) to manage our client's booth at ITB Berlin. Your responsibilities will include typical tasks such as welcoming customers, providing light hospitality and information about products and services. Since you will be speaking with customers, fluent English and German is essential, and additional language skills are a plus. We expect you to present a professional appearance in black trousers and a white shirt, or a pant suit and white blouse.

We are looking for a host/ess (m/f/d) for our exhibition booth, who will take over typical tasks such as customer reception and catering. Tasks such as distributing brochures/flyers, as well as small assembly and dismantling activities may also be required. As you will also be conducting occasional customer meetings, fluent English is a must and additional language skills are an advantage. We expect you to wear black trousers and a white shirt, or a trouser suit and white blouse.

Mittwoch (Nachmittag): Einschulung/Onboarding.
Donnerstag – Samstag: Selbstständige Führung von Erstgesprächen und Lead-Erfassung.
