Wir suchen für unsere Standbetreuung eine/n Host/ess (m/w/d), welche/r typische Aufgaben wie Kundenempfang und Catering übernimmt. Aufgaben wie Broschüren/Flyer verteilen, sowie kleine Auf- und Abbautätigkeiten können ebenfalls anfallen. Da du auch gelegentlich Kundengespräche führen wirst, ist fließendes Englisch ein Muss und weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil. Wir erwarten von dir einen gepflegten Auftritt in schwarzer Stoffhose und weißem Hemd, bzw. im Hosenanzug und weißer Bluse.
Für ein Meeting suchen wir deine Unterstützung bei der Betreuung internationaler Gäste bei ihrer Abfahrt.
Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
- Unterstützung am Meeting Desk
- Begrüßung der Gäste in der Lobby mit einem proaktiven und freundlichen Auftreten sowie Hilfe bei der Wegeleitung
- Kontrolle und Koordination der Transferfahrer:innen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team vor Ort, wofür ein funktionstüchtiges Handy mit WhatsApp erforderlich ist
Was du mitbringen solltest:
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Stressresistenz, auch bei der gleichzeitigen Abfahrt vieler Gäste
- Ein Business-Outfit in schwarz/weiß

Als Messehost/ess empfängst Du die Besucher an unserem Messestand, übernimmst das Catering und informierst über unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen. Du repräsentierst unser Unternehmen professionell.

- Gelegentliche Kommunikation mit internationalen Gästen (Englisch)

You arrange an online telephone interview of about 10 minutes. During this interview we will check your details, give you feedback on your profile and answer all your questions personally.
