Felix was working as a part of a promotion for us for 5 weeks. The principal was satisfied with the event. The communication before and after the event was also good. The prepared tasks were fulfilled above all expectations. During the promotion Felix cooperated with the team very successfully even though the team had some trouble in the beginning with getting started. All requirements were fulfilled and Felix had the chance to get used to a lot of new locations and circumstances. He proofed that he's able to take responsibility in handling provided materials and the teamvehicle. The performance could have been better by a contention with the list of material and the cooperation with the locations.
