Gilminur went to great lengths. Some information about the general service is missing. She was very nice to the guests.

We booked Gilminur for a customer count. Her appearance was very polite and she was there on time. Unfortunately, most of the information in the written briefing was not implemented by her. So at the beginning there was a misunderstanding which could have endangered the entire implementation. The activity was not carried out correctly for the first hour. Only when our supervisor was on site (who looked after other locations and was therefore not there from the start) could this be changed. The results, which had to be submitted after 24 hours at the latest, came after 51 hours. We had booked another 20 employees through Instaff for the same assignment, who had carried out the job correctly based on the same briefing. It would certainly have gone better if Gilminur had familiarized himself with the briefing documents.
