I started my apprenticeship in the Estrel Hotel which is the biggest Hotel in Germany and also the biggest Convention and Entertainment Hotel in Europe. I made a j-1 Visa in the USA in the Hilton McLean Hotel in Virginia as an speciality cook. After that I worked several years for the 5 Star Hotels in Berlin ( Swissotel, Ritz Carlton and Waldorf Astoria). I also cooked in the Ellington Hotel in the Restaurant in a 15 Pionts Michelin as a Chef de Tournant.
