Isabell did a very good job ! Note in this context: We had clarified with Isabell a few days before the assignment was to start, that we on our part had to move the assignment to another date, and had agreed with her in advance. I had also informed Instaff about this in advance and I was only supposed to book the new, alternative date, everything else was "automatically handled in the system" by the online portal. Thereupon, Isabell has probably simply overlooked to click on a link in the system and this allegedly now leads to consequences for Isabell. That is a pity. I respect the procedure of the online portal Instaff. However, I would like to point out that I personally do not find this employee-friendly. Unfortunately, Isabell's Instaff profile now states in all seriousness that Isabell "canceled a job 24 hours before due to illness. This refers to this day and this is definitely not true. We had rescheduled the appointment. It is a great pity that Instaff is not flexible towards your employees in such a case and is not willing to make any concessions. It may now come across to future, potential clients that Isabell is unreliable. However, the entry is not true. Furthermore, it is not true that "Instaff provided replacement personnel free of charge". Isabell was meanwhile in use for us and was TOP!

Everything worked out great, communication before and during the event very uncomplicated and also on site all tasks were implemented and also worked independently.
