Seit meinem 17 Lebensjahr arbeite ich nebenberuflich in der Gastronomie und im Eventgewerbe. Meine Stationen reichen von einfacher Kellnerin in einer Bar, über Thekenleitung in einer Großraumdiskotheken, über Schichtleitung in der 4-5* Hotellerie im DACH-Raum. Parallel dazu habe ich als Selbstständige über Gewerbeschein seit 2017 auf über 40 Messen, 90 Events und unzähligen privaten und betrieblichen Feiern als (VIP-/Chef-)Hostess/Service/Promoterin mit über 14 Agenturen (u.a. Instaff) zusammen gearbeitet. Ich begleite und unterstütze sie bei der Kundenbetreuung, Service und Koordination von Events vor Ort. Packe tatkräftig beim Catering mit an und kümmere mich um den Wohlfühlfaktor bei der Bewirtung von Gästen. Details beachten bei der Produktdemonstrationen, mich auf das Produkt, das Unternehmen, dessen Vertriebsstrukturen und die marketingrelevante Promotion vorzubereiten und einzuarbeiten, ist mir wichtig. Dabei habe ich keine Scheu vor direkten Kundengesprächen, auch wenn diese in einer meiner Fremdsprachen stattfinden. Ich freue mich auf neue Veranstaltungen und tolle Events.

Ms. Kulks was a few times late in 4 weeks. Work started at 9.45 a.m. She was not particularly able to work in a team, always inappropriately snippy to experienced employees. Make several private calls on the cell phone during working hours in the warehouse or behind the curtain in the changing room. A healthy self-confidence is certainly an advantage in sales, but excessive self-esteem is unfortunately out of place. Unfortunately, Mrs. Kulks was not suitable for our team.
