Laura Anna, 27

Hauptberuflich leite ich das Empfangsteam in einem Hotel und unterstütze gleichzeitig als Betriebsassistentin die Hoteldirektion. Mittlerweile arbeite ich seit 6 Jahren in der Gastronomie, größtenteils auf Veranstaltungen wie Hochzeiten, Geburtstagen oder Firmenevents, wobei ich Erfahrung im Service, an der Bar und als Serviceleitung gesammelt habe. Den richtigen Umgang mit Kunden habe ich zudem bereits durch Nebenjobs beim Bäcker und im Kino erlernt. An meiner Universität leite ich das Event-Referat, wo ich mit der Unterstützung von Kommilitonen diverse Events für Studenten organisiere und plane. Durch mein Auslandsjahr in Amerika habe ich gelernt, mich schnell neuen Situationen anzupassen und freue mich immer auf neue Herausforderungen. Erfahrung ist auch in folgenden Bereichen vorhanden: - Hostess / Chefhostess - Inventur - Rezeption / Front Office Agent - Verkauf - Promotion (Flyer & Verkostung)
