Unfortunately there was no good feedback from my customer about this job and my impression was not the best either. Luam always had to be encouraged to approach customers or even to make a friendly face. Unfortunately, my impression was that she lacks the necessary maturity / attitude for this job. An absolute NoGo from my perspective is to take a job and then to badly talk about the customer's products in front of the customer. She simply lacks the feeling for "what works and what doesn't" in the job. In addition, I lack any understanding that someone is applying for a promotional job and on site have a problem with approaching customers. Too bad.

Luam did a good job and was always on site when the work started.
