Manfred carried out the operation reliably and conscientiously and was always friendly in communication. However, the procedure on site was not as it should be. At no point was the procedure that Manfred chose communicated or was the scope given for this procedure to be an option. Customers were approached who should never have been approached under any circumstances, which meant that we were unable to complete our entire operation as planned.
