Marvin jumped in very spontaneously and at short notice and did a great job. He internalized the very complex content very quickly and was able to provide active support immediately and without a long training period.

Unfortunately, our customer was not satisfied with Marvin. The feedback discussion showed that we will not use Marvin again. What was required was an active approach to the customer and a certain background knowledge on the subject of payback. Unfortunately, neither was available for the entire day, which caused us as the agency and the customer to make huge financial losses. We assume that in job descriptions that clearly state: "You do not have to have any direct training on the subject, but you should be familiar with it and like to approach people" Applicants who really know their way around. "Standing at the stand all day" and doing little is not an option. As a comparison, other promoters do 4-5 times as much on the same days and are highly praised by the AG. Too bad, because we had hoped for more from Marvin and would like to have used him permanently. The tendency is more towards 3/5 stars, but we don't want to stand in the way of his future jobs and therefore give 4 stars. Certainly everyone has a bad day, but unfortunately we always only have the snapshot and this must be 100% correct.
