My name is Robert Herdt and from an early age, I learned what it takes to do a job responsibly. Starting in school, I agreed to cashier and serve drinks. Also thanks to a school internship in the "Freizeitzentrum Schnelsen" I could get to know the activity of the waiter a little closer and practice dealing with people. A quick grasp and a high degree of flexibility not only allow me to quickly understand a task and to carry it out accordingly but also to remain calm and be solution-oriented in stressful and unexpected situations. Due to my strong communication skills and my open, very friendly nature, it is easy for me to leave a good impression on people. It is important to me that people go happier from me than they came. To master my English and become more confident, I spent a year abroad in Indiana, USA in 2011/2012. In addition, I can speak fluent Russian, since I was born in Russia. I am currently studying business administration in Lüneburg in the ninth semester. During my studies, I worked as a pizza delivery guy, did an internship with a financial advisor and an e-commerce agency, worked as a supernumerary on various films and series and completed small freelance assignments.
