Ich bin gelernte Restaurantfachfrau. Ausgelernt habe ich 2005, 20 Berufserfahrung kann ich im Event Management und als Restaurantleiter sowie Ausbilder mit AEVO Prüfung vorweisen, hauptberuflich habe ich l mich allerdings komplett umorientiert weshalb ich gern als Aushilfe meinen alten Job nachgehen möchte. Zu meinen täglichen Aufgaben zählte: -Umsetzung der vorgegebenen Konzepte und Einhaltung betrieblicher Standards -Arbeit mit betrieblichen Kennzahlen -Warenbestellung und Warenannahme, Sicherstellung optimaler Warendisposition -Einhaltung Lebensmittel-und hygienerechtlicher Vorschriften -Kontrolle der Funktionsfähigkeit technischer Einrichtungen -Führung der Servicemitarbeiter zur Sicherung vorgegebener betriebswirtschaftlicher Ziele -Dienstplangestaltung -Überwachung und Kontrolle des Eigenkontrollsystems AHU!
Ich arbeite regelmäßig als VIP Hostess bei Bayer 04 Leverkusen oder auch bei anderen namhaften Unternehmen! Dort übernehme ich den Gästeempfang, Platzierung, Akkreditierung sowie Ansprache der Gäste bei Fragen zur Veranstaltung etc.
Auch die Serviceleitung und die Position als Barkeeperin sind für mich kein Problem, da ich 21 Jahre Gastronomische Berufserfahrung vorweisen kann!
Da ich ein sehr offener und herzlicher Mensch bin, ist für mich der Kundenkontakt gar kein Problem!

Silvia was at the ring for the first time this week and supported us on 4 days in a row. She is very polite and accommodating. The checkout system was immediately understandable to her. We used Silvia both in the a la carte business of our restaurant and as a cash waiter at the first award ceremony of the season. All colleagues with whom she worked were enthusiastic. We look forward to working with Silvia again soon.
