Dear InStaff, As I told Mr. Yildirim and one of his colleagues on the phone, Ms. Niedermayer was booked as a bartender and was supposed to arrive at the MHP event at 6pm. She arrived at 2pm. She read an email I sent to the service staff and not the time on the bartender job description she was hired for. At least that's what she said. I was a little suspicious when she then immediately demanded to be paid starting at 2pm. During the event, I had to separate her from one of Instaff's other male bartender employees at least three times as she was only talking to him and not working properly or at all. It was quite frustrating to have 3,000 guests waiting for drinks and have employees not preparing the drinks. On top of that, I never signed off on the 11 hours she claimed to have worked! She never came to me with any paperwork to get my signature, even though I saw her walk through the check-in/check-out location late without looking at me. I don't know where or from whom she might have gotten my signature, but I did not give her a signature that evening and will not for 11 hours. I want to see every document with my signature that Vanessa Niedermayer has submitted to InStaff. If there is a signature on it, I know one of the other InStaff employees who has (had) my signature electronically as a PDF. That is the one Ms. Niedermayer was talking to all night. Thank you i.
