Elisabeth left a mixed impression during her assignment with us. Her punctuality, her open and friendly demeanor, and her willingness to engage intensively with the product beforehand were positive aspects. These characteristics showed that she was committed and interested in her work. However, as the assignment progressed, it became apparent that Elisabeth had difficulty respecting the boundaries between employees and superiors. In several situations, she crossed these boundaries by persistently communicating her views and trying to enforce them. This led to tensions and misunderstandings that could have been avoided with a better understanding of the company hierarchy. In summary, Elisabeth brings many positive qualities and a good attitude. For future assignments, however, it would be important for her to focus more on her role and clearly recognize and respect the associated responsibilities and the hierarchies in the company.
