Unfortunately, despite repeated warnings, Donald did not complete his tasks to our satisfaction.

Good attitude, friendly. Everything was perfect.

Unfortunately, Donald was late. However, in the time he was there, he did his job very well. Very friendly and thoughtful. Next time he'll be on time and then, I'd be happy to work with him again.

Unfortunately disappointing! Even though I had read the reviews for him, especially in relation to his punctuality, I booked Donald for a cooking event at a customer's house. The meal was scheduled to start at 5:00 p.m., so I booked Donald for 4:30 p.m., also to give him enough time to get used to it. At that point I got a call from him saying he would be late: by 40 minutes! That meant that I now had to do all the preparatory work that I had planned for him, in addition to my actual work. I also had to inform the customer that the meal could NOT start on time. When Donald still wasn't there at 5:25 p.m., I called him, but he didn't take the call. Instead I got a text message saying he would be there shortly. No time. In the meantime I started the service for the group of guests alone and at 5:40 p.m. Donald finally arrived! 70 minutes late! At that point I had already prepared myself to have to work alone. When I tried to explain to him what effect his delay had on the group of guests in particular, I got the impression that he didn't understand at all. To be honest, a "sorry" doesn't help me much anymore, because his commitment on site wasn't what I would expect from a kitchen assistant in my area for such simple work. I really don't like writing reviews like this, but if I'm let down, there are of course logical consequences! And it wasn't a 10-minute delay that I can forgive everyone for, but a delay that delayed the whole event. And that's just not acceptable!
