Im Zeitraum von 2013(08) bis 2018 (07) war ich als dualer Student bei einer Privatkundenbank, deswegen habe ich bereits Erfahrung in den Bereichen Finanzdienstleistung, Sales, Customerservice sowie Marketing gesammelt. Außerdem war ich über 3 Jahre im Complaint Management eingesetzt.
Desweiteren bin ich vor meinem Studium noch einer Tätigkeit als Telefoninterviewer in einem Markt & Meinungsforschungsinstitut nachgegangen.
Nach einem Auslandsjahr in Kolumbien, habe ich ein Trainee Programm zur Nachwuchsführungskraft im Sales absolviert (Schwerpunkt Verkauf von Software). Seit Oktober 2022 arbeite ich als Projektleiter bei einem Startup.(Digitalisierung von Handwerk)

Florens is a very communicative person and responds to the wishes of the client and the guests very sensitively. He was very hardworking, helpful and above all always saw for himself if there was something to do. Not only did he excellently integrate into the team, but he also did his utmost to support and compensate for weaknesses of others in a very constructive way. He did not complain even under difficult working conditions, but accepted the challenge and mastered it very well! I highly recommend Florens and would book him again anytime!

Did not read information properly, thus was not adequately informed. During the deployment, work was still super! Florens could handle the tray, carry three plates and superbly serviced our guests.
