Ich bin Jana, Masterstudentin der Betriebswirtschaftslehre an der Universität Münster und habe bereits 40 Jobs auf InStaff erfolgreich absolviert. Erfahrungen als Messehostess habe ich unter anderem auf der Euroshop in Düsseldorf, der BioWest in Düsseldorf und der IDS in Köln gesammelt. Für InStaff habe ich neben Messehostess-Jobs regelmäßig VIP-Event-, Verkäufer-, Service- und Promoter-Jobs absolviert. Über ein Jahr lang habe ich regelmäßig ungefähr 50 Stunden pro Monat gekellnert und dabei regelmäßig die Schichtleitung übernommen. Viele Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Kunden und im Service auch unter Zeitdruck sind daher vorhanden. Ich habe mehrere Auslandsaufenthalte im englischsprachigen Raum (Großbritannien, Australien, Kanada) und außerhalb (Tschechische Republik) absolviert und ein Cambridge Zertifikat des Levels C1 mit der Note "A". Kommunikation und Verhandlungen auf Englisch sind also kein Problem, außerdem sind Grundkenntnisse in Spanisch vorhanden.
