Jasmin, 24

- Nach Abschluss meines Abiturs habe ich direkt zu Beginn meines Studiums nebenbei bei dem Modegeschäft „Abercrombie & Fitch“ angefangen zu arbeiten da ich sehr kommunikativ bin und es mir aufgrund meiner aufgeschlossenen Art sehr leicht fällt mit Kunden in Kontakt zu treten. Dort arbeite ich nun schon seit einem Jahr, in dem ich sehr viel Erfahrung im Bereich Kundenservice sammeln konnte, da dort sehr viel Wert auf eine kompetente und freundliche Kundenbetreuung gelegt wird. Dadurch konnte ich mir einen selbstbewussten, freundlichen und professionellen Umgang mit Kunden aneignen.
