We are satisfied and can recommend Jennifer with restrictions. She was booked as a kitchen help, but had no skills in terms of buffet presentation and could not be used as a kitchen help. As a service staff, for which we then finally used, she has come to terms.

Unfortunately, Jennifer did not arrive punctually on site. Unfortunately 90 minutes late. It was clearly communicated from the outset that the location (a substation in a field in Kriftel) can only be reached by car, an extra directions were attached to the briefing. Jennifer was not able to find the location on her own, so a Lofthouse Catering employee picked her up by car on the road via WhatsApp's on-the-spot chat. The VIP event had already started, but unfortunately not with the service thought (it lacked a staff) we are used by Insatff. Jennifer went to great lengths to work, but her catering experience and her skills did not quite match our expectations based on the profile. That's why only 3 out of 5 stars. With a catering training 5 stars would be possible in the future.
