Derzeit studiere ich Interkulturelle Wirtschaftspsychologie (Schwerpunkt Marketing). Als Hostess habe ich unter anderem auf folgenden Veranstaltungen gearbeitet: Messehostess auf der Fitnessmesse Mr. Olympia Europe und der FIBO für Ultimate Nutrition, mehrere Einsätze auf der Messe BEAUTY DÜSSELDORF, Hostess auf Privatveranstaltungen im Porsche Zentrum Aaachen, Servicehostess auf der IAA in Frankfurt. Promotionaktionen am Flughafen Düsseldorf für diverse Fragrance-Marken (Hugo Boss, Paco Rabanne etc.). Ich habe jahrelange Erfahrung in der Kundenberatung im Einzelhandel bei Only Stores Germany GmbH (BESTSELLER) und als telefonische Kundenbetreuung bei WDS GmbH und Webhelp Deutschland GmbH gesammelt. Aktuell arbeite ich als telefonische Kundenbetreuung bei VANAD Engage GmbH und bin für folgende Projekte im Einsatz: eyes and more, Dilling, AnyMove, Bloomon.
Fließende Konversationen auch in englischer und russischer Sprache zähle ich zu meinen Stärken.
