Ich konnte durch Instaff in den letzten Monaten bereits mehrere Erfahrungen als Promoterin, Hostess und als Servicekraft sammeln. Ebenfalls habe ich in der Vergangenheit 6 Monate in der Gastro gearbeitet. Durch weitere verschiedene Jobs als Schwimmbadaufsicht, Einlasskontrolle im Freibad und Leiterin von Tutorien an der Uni fällt es mir leicht Verantwortung zu übernehmen und eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten. Dort hatte ich auch die Gelegenheit mit verschiedensten Menschen zusammenzuarbeiten, was meine Teamfähigkeit enorm gesteigert hat. Ein 6-monatiger Auslandsaufenthalt im Rahmen eines Auslandssemesters hat meine Englisch-Kenntnisse vertieft, sodass ich nun verhandlusgssichere Englischkenntnisse besitze.

Admittedly, the circumstances weren't quite as expected. The temperatures outside were extremely high, and one supplier was having trouble delivering. We all had to pitch in. Milena is a friendly, intelligent young woman. Under "normal" conditions, everything would probably go smoothly—but "hands-on" isn't her strong suit.
