Unfortunately we were not satisfied with Robin's performance. Tasks that were given to him were only carried out after multiple requests and a certain tone. He sat down for certain tasks, which are usually carried out standing up. His second question after arrival was when is the break, even though the first break has already taken place after the construction work has been completed. In the end, he did not want to note a break on his hourly record, although it definitely took place.

In addition to promotion in the entrance area of the store, a customer survey should also be carried out. However, working with Robin was difficult. He was very expressionless and was not well received by customers. Robin was therefore assigned a different job. Here he constantly leaned against the table and checked his watch or his cell phone. He simply left promotional goods on the floor, which bothered us a lot. There was no independence or a specific interest in the assignment.
