Did a good job. However, a deployment time of 15-21 clock was advertised. With a call about 1.5 hours before the start of the assignment, he informed us that he could only until 20 clock. We called him at 15:45 because he still was not there. He was already near and then arrived about 1 hour late. The work on site was ok. We are used to other things and were a bit disappointed.
