Selin, 24

Unfortunately Selin was late on the first day. She was supposed to supervise one of our modules and distribute flyers. She took turns with two other promoters. We weren't there on the first day and the numbers were abysmal. That was explained on the second day. We had to continually encourage the promoters to approach the people, smile and appear energetic. We ended up distributing the flyers with them ourselves and also took over the other stations and the numbers were four times as high. So it was clear that no real work was done on the first day. They also kept getting together and chatting. One was made to feel like a babysitter, and the only instruction that was carried out to perfection was to get off work on time. 2 stars because it was very hot that day

Great! super helpful and friendly.

Happy to approach customers proactively during promotions. Some of the costume accessories were not worn. However, it would have been desirable.
