Leider hat sich die von uns gebuchte Person einen Tag vor Beginn krankgemeldet. Daher mussten wir sehr schnell Ersatz finden und auch dafür bezahlen. Da wir darauf hingewiesen hatten, dass wir bereits vor Ort waren und nicht zahlen konnten, wurde eine Ausnahme gemacht.
Ich bin der Meinung, dass ich, wenn ich eine Person gebucht habe und diese aus irgendeinem Grund nicht kommen kann, nicht noch einmal für eine neue Person bezahlen sollte.
