Für die Begrüßung internationaler Gäste an einem Flughafen und die Betreuung der Transfere zum Hotel suchen wir kurzfristig Unterstützung. Als erste Ansprechperson repräsentierst du das Unternehmen professionell und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Kontrolle der Flüge
- Begrüßung der Gäste bei der Ankunft, proaktives freundliches Auftreten und Hilfe bei der Wegeleitung
- Kontrolle und Koordination der Transferfahrer:innen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team im Hotel
Dein Profil:
- Funktionstüchtiges Handy mit WhatsApp

- Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse

Für die Gästebetreuung im VIP-Bereich suchen wir Hosts/Hostessen (m/w/d), die unser Team unterstützen.
Aufgaben
Als Host/Hostess (m/w/d) empfängst und akkreditierst du die Gäste im VIP-Bereich. Du bist für die Wegleitung zuständig und repräsentierst das Unternehmen professionell.
Dresscode
Schwarze Stoffhose, weiße Bluse, schwarzer Blazer, schwarze Schuhe
Die Endzeit dient als Orientierung, der Einsatz endet mit Schließung des VIP-Bereiches, abhängig vom Ende der Veranstaltung.
Für die Kommunikation während des Einsatzes verwenden wir die Messenger-App SIGNAL.
Als Messehost/ess empfängst Du die Besucher an unserem Messestand, übernimmst das Catering und informierst über unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen. Du repräsentierst unser Unternehmen professionell.
Weitere Aufgaben wie das Verteilen von Broschüren/Flyern sowie kleine Auf- und Abbautätigkeiten können ebenfalls anfallen.
Für unsere Veranstaltung suchen wir eine:n freundliche:n, zuverlässige:n und serviceorientierte:n Host/Hostess (m/w/d), die/der unser Team vor Ort unterstützt und das Unternehmen professionell repräsentiert.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Empfang und herzliche Begrüßung unserer Gäste
- Betreuung der Garderobe
- Unterstützung bei kleineren Auf- und Abbautätigkeiten
- Ansprechpartner:in für Gäste vor Ort
- Gelegentliche Kommunikation mit internationalen Gästen (Englisch)
