Hello, we were satisfied with the processing of the provider. They’ve also provided quickly a staff replacement for a cancellation due to sickness, which we were able to select easily online from the backup-list. Unfortunately we have had two employees we've selected for our event on the basis of their described former experiences as a waiter. But actually they couldn’t offer the required experience for our event therefore we weren’t fully happy with their performance on the job. ( 4 stars on )
