SHK Essen 2020 [ABGESAGT]

SHK Essen is the trade fair for sanitation, heating, air conditioning and renewable energies. It was founded in 1966 and takes place every two years in Essen. It is here, where experts from the trades, installation, planning and consulting meet. Among other things, energy-efficient solutions for bathrooms, heating and air-conditioning will be presented. For example, bathroom fittings made of sustainable materials and digital heating technology. Now that the modernisation work at Messe Essen has been completed, exhibitors and visitors can look forward to one of the most technically advanced exhibition centres in the whole of Germany. 


44,000 visitors from 18 nations travelled to the the SHK Essen 2018. They were inspired by the range of products, innovations and solutions from the 567 exhibitors from 15 countries. The focus for SHK 2020 will be on operational mobility. The areas on offer at Messe 2020 are:

The accompanying programme of the trade fair includes various practice related offers from the SK trade association, such as the Trainee Lounge, the Assembly Days, the Belgium-Netherlands Day, as well as special shows and lectures. The highlights of the supporting event are Campus SHK Bildung, Forum Treffpunkt Trinkwasser, the Start-up-Area and the Fachforum für Planung und Ausführung.
