DEINE AUFGABEN:

• Aktives Ansprechen & Sampling: Du gehst offen auf die Messebesucher zu, machst Stimmung und servierst leckeren warmen sowie kalten Jacobs Kaffee.

• Mobiles Kaffee-Team: Du bist auf dem Messegelände unterwegs, schiebst einen gebrandeten Bollerwagen und verteilst den Kaffee direkt aus deinem stylischen Getränkerucksack.

• Brand Experience: Du setzt das vorgegebene Marken-Outfit gekonnt in Szene und sorgst für den perfekten Kaffeemoment.

• Außerdem unterstützt du vor Ort beim täglichen Set-up und Abbau vor Ort.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

• Extrovertiert & Motiviert: Du hast absolut keine Scheu, auf fremde Menschen zuzugehen und schon früh morgens gute Laune zu verbreiten.

• Frühaufsteher-Power & Ausdauer: Du bist gut zu Fuß, körperlich fit für den Getränkerucksack und lächelst auch nach ein paar Stunden noch.

• Teamgeist & Zuverlässigkeit: Du bist absolut pünktlich und arbeitest gerne im Team.

• Outfit: Spaß daran, vor Ort in ein auffälliges Marken-Kostüm zu schlüpfen.

OUTFIT / DRESSCODE:

• Bekommst du vor Ort bereitgestellt (Aktionskostüm / Marken-Dress).

• Bitte bringe eigene, neutrale/einfarbige bequeme Sneakers mit.

We are looking for a proactive and professional hostess to support our team during the SMM exhibition in Hamburg.

Dates: 4 consecutive exhibition days
Location: Hamburg Messe, Germany

Your tasks:

• Welcome visitors to our stand in a friendly and professional way
• Approach passing visitors and invite relevant guests onto the stand
• Offer coffee, drinks or refreshments to visitors
• Support with first contact and general hospitality
• Identify potential leads and connect visitors with our sales team
• Keep the stand presentable and organised during the day
• Assist the team with light support tasks when needed

Requirements:

• Fluent German and good English (spoken)
• Confident, communicative and outgoing personality
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Comfortable approaching visitors proactively
• Experience at trade fairs, events or hospitality is preferred
• Reliable and punctual

Cargo Care Solutions is an international maritime service company specialising in cargo systems, lashing equipment and technical support for the shipping industry.

We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people and helping create a welcoming and professional atmosphere at our stand.

We are looking for a host/ess (m/f/d) for our exhibition booth, who will take over typical tasks such as customer reception and catering. Tasks such as distributing brochures/flyers, as well as small assembly and dismantling activities may also be required. As you will also be conducting occasional customer meetings, fluent English is a must and additional language skills are an advantage. We expect you to wear black trousers and a white shirt, or a trouser suit and white blouse.

Wir suchen für unsere Standbetreuung eine/n Host/ess (m/w/d), welche/r typische Aufgaben wie Kundenempfang und Catering übernimmt. Aufgaben wie Broschüren/Flyer verteilen, sowie kleine Auf- und Abbautätigkeiten können ebenfalls anfallen. Da du auch gelegentlich Kundengespräche führen wirst, ist fließendes Englisch ein Muss und weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil. Wir erwarten von dir einen gepflegten Auftritt in schwarzer Stoffhose und weißem Hemd, bzw. im Hosenanzug und weißer Bluse.
