We are a renowned Japanese housewares company and will show one of our brands. It's an innovative foldable bag and umbrella brand.

Your tasks will be:
- Introducing our products (you need to learn about the products)
- Taking orders
- Answering questions from visitors

To communicate with us and visitors, you must
- Speak fluent English
- Speak fluent German
- Have a positive and outgoing personality

We kindly ask you to wear tops with colors like white-ish, grayish, or beige-ish, not strong colors, as our stand is bright and white. 

Wir benötigen Servicekräfte (m/w/d), die uns im Catering unterstützen. Ihr werdet Essen / Getränke austeilen, weitere Kellnertätigkeiten übernehmen und uns auch bei kleinen Aufräum- und Putztätigkeiten unterstützen. Erfahrung im Catering oder zum Beispiel als Aushilfe im Restaurant ist erwünscht´. Bitte trage schwarze Lederschuhe, eine schwarze Stoffhose und ein langärmeliges, schwarzes Hemd bzw. Bluse ohne Aufdruck. 

We are looking for a host/ess (m/f/d) for our exhibition booth, who will take over typical tasks such as customer reception and catering. Tasks such as distributing brochures/flyers, as well as small assembly and dismantling activities may also be required. As you will also be conducting occasional customer meetings, fluent German to English translation expected is a must and additional language skills are an advantage. We expect you to wear smart casual business style.

We will not be exhibiting at the IWA OutdoorClassics 2026. Therefore, the role will focus on supporting SUMMA (us) by walking the fair and engaging with relevant industry brands, exhibitors, and potential partners within the hunting/outdoor segment. Key responsibilities include:

Walking through the fair to identify potential partners and relevant exhibitors in the hunting and outdoor segments.

Making initial contact with companies, offering a brief introduction to SUMMA, and gathering general feedback.

Gathering leads, observing market trends, and collecting relevant information to feed back into SUMMA's product development process.

This role does not involve sales activities, technical negotiations, or pricing discussions.

We are looking for a host/hostess (m/f/d) to manage our client's booth at ITB Berlin. Your responsibilities will include typical tasks such as welcoming customers, providing light hospitality and information about products and services. Since you will be speaking with customers, fluent English and German is essential, and additional language skills are a plus. We expect you to present a professional appearance in black trousers and a white shirt, or a pant suit and white blouse.

Du betreust die WM Messe in Stuttgart als Host/ess (m/w/d). Deine Aufgaben umfassen den Check-in der Besucher sowie die allgemeine Messebetreuung. Du informierst über Produkte sowie Dienstleistungen und repräsentierst das Unternehmen professionell.

Wir suchen ansprechende und eloquente Hostessen (m/w/d), die in einem sportlich-legeren Outfit die Messebetreuung übernehmen. Weiße Sneaker sind aus dem Eigenbestand mitzubringen, während Hose, Weste und Shirts gestellt werden.

Du arbeitest im Team und es steht euch jederzeit ein Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung.

Für das Outfit und die Verpflegung während des Einsatzes ist gesorgt.

• Du besitzt ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sprichst fließend Deutsch.
• Du bist an allen Einsatztagen verfügbar.
• Du hast Erfahrung in den oben genannten Bereichen.
• Du bist bereit, im Vorfeld weitere Details telefonisch mit uns zu besprechen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle, die für uns im Einsatz sind, entsprechend gebrieft werden.

We are looking for a sales assistant (m/f/d) to help us out in our shop. You will be working in sales and sorting products, stocking goods or other tasks. You should have experience in retail or ideally in sales. Fluency in English is helpful for the job from time to time, but not a mandatory requirement.

Dresscode

Die Einsatzkleidung wird gestellt, nach aktuellen Stand:

- schwarzes Kleid
- weißes Sweatshirt
- schwarzer Blazer

Weiße Sneakers und eine hautfarbene Strumpfhose deinerseits wären passend.
